(If you do not currently have a maintenance contract with us, we operate a 24 hour call out service for alarm repairs in Bristol and Bath areas.)

We’ll also carry out planned inspections, plus any necessary preventive maintenance to help keep your system working reliably 365 days a year. Our Service Co-ordinator will contact all residential customers (and commercial if requested) by telephone to arrange a convenient time for you to have this work carried out.

Platinum features
- All the benefits of the above, plus –
- “Free of charge call-outs” including labour and travelling if the alarm system is faulty
- “Free of charge replacement parts” if the alarm system is faulty
- “Free of charge replacement rechargeable batteries” every 5 years
- Repairs/faults caused by operator misuse, power/telephone line failures, or natural events, e.g. floods, lightning etc are not covered and will be charged for including labour, travelling and replacement parts
